Our Team

Chris Carlucci

Chris Carlucci began his career as a musician, collaborating with legendary artists such as Marvin Gaye and Al Jarreau. He later transitioned into A&R and artist management, working alongside Seymour Stein, the head of Sire Records, where he was involved with iconic acts like Madonna, The Ramones, and Talking Heads. Chris, alongside Robert Cutarella, then partnered with the late Phil Quartararo, former President of Warner Bros. Records, to create the music consulting company Perfection Records Management. In recent years, Chris has served as a music supervisor, working with Shaun Redick (known for "BlacKkKlansman" and "She Knows") on various film and television projects.

Josh Stevens

An American singer, record producer, songwriter, engineer and music executive, located in Los Angeles. His works are Grammy Award Winning, RIAA Platinum Certified, Billboard Award Nominated, Juno Award Nominated (Canada), ARIA Music Awards Platinum Certified (Australia) and 2x Superior Hit Product Award Winning (Japan). His early career was based around hip-hop and dance working for the likes of Warren G, Snoop Dogg, LMFAO, Pitbull (rapper), Steve Aoki, Jennifer Lopez, The Game and Clyde Carson. He however found his modern sound in pop/indie-rock. As of 2019 he is the musical voice of Sapporo Beer Chu-Hi 99.99 worldwide commercial campaign.

Robert Cutarella

A multi-Grammy award-winning writer/producer and a 40-year industry veteran who has worked with artists such as Slash, Eric Clapton, Cyndi Lauper, Sting, Joss Stone, Jeff Beck, Ashley Tisdale, Patti Labelle, Billy Gibbons/ZZ Top and a host of others. As a publisher, Robert has had over 3,000 songs recorded and has been awarded over 160 platinum records. Robert’s last publishing company was responsible for hits by Celine Dion, Jennifer Rush, .38 Special, Alice Cooper and many more. As the head of A&R for Hammond Music/Sony, Robert signed or developed artists ranging from Stevie Ray Vaughn and The Fabulous Thunderbirds to Megaforce Records (Metallica, Anthrax) and Venessa Williams. At MCA, Robert continued his streak of success with Madonna, Eternal, Cyndi Lauper, Celine Dion, and more.

Ikuma Matsuda

A Japanese native Emmy Award-Winning Composer. His recent works include a 2022 2023 Super Bowl commercial campaign for the feature film Sonic the Hedgehog 2 and Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves (2023)", which also trended at #1 Worldwide on YouTube. He received awards as a composer such as Primetime Emmy Awards, News & Documentary Emmy Awards, Hollywood Critics Association TV Awards, People's Choice Awards, Webby Awards, and many nominations His early career started with Interscope Records under Universal Music Group and worked with multiple major artists. His compositions are also found in commercials with Google, Facebook, Coca-Cola, Unilever, Netflix, NBCUniversal, Warner Bros, Disney, Marvel Studios, 20th Century Fox, Paramount Pictures, Sony (Columbia) Pictures, HBO, Annapurna Studios, Amazon Prime, BritBox, United Airlines, Honda. Recent works include “Fast X” “The Super Mario Bros. Movie” “The Mandalorian - Season 3” “Lizzo's Watch Out for the Big Grrrls” “Scream VI” Love & Hip Hop, Jersey Shore Family Vacation, Anthony Hopkins-starring NFT feature "Zero Contact." etc. His strong industry connections led him to work as an influencer marketing/branding consultant and partner with PR and advertisement companies to proceed with major campaigns.
